Ubuntu Desktop
Ubuntu Desktop is a distribution of Linux designed for Desktops and Laptops alike. Ubuntu can breathe life into an older computer, or make newer computers scream performance, and anywhere in between.
Ubuntu takes your privacy seriously. There is no built-in snooping in Ubuntu, unlike alternatives such as Windows 10. Install or remove any part, you have total control!
For native tasks, on the same computer, Ubuntu starts up, shuts down, and runs your programs consistently faster than even Windows 10! Updates for Ubuntu are also very fast, and convenient, updating all your applications at the same time. Ubuntu also features countless free applications to serve your computing needs, including Firefox, Chrome, Twitter, VLC, Dropbox, LibreOffice, Skype, STEAM, GIMP, and so much more!
Ubuntu also has no licensing cost, so future versions are totally free!
